We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist who can drive measurable business growth through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display and Performance Max).
- Generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible acquisition cost.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise ROI.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, landing pages and audiences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.

SEO

- Conduct comprehensive website audits.
- Improve website rankings through on-page SEO.
- Keyword research and content optimisation.
- Build ethical off-page SEO strategies.




- Improve Google Search Console performance.
- Increase organic traffic and lead generation.

Website & Analytics
- Work closely with developers to improve website performance.
- Monitor Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
- Improve website conversion rates.
- Track user behaviour and marketing funnels.

Content & Social Media
- Coordinate with designers for ad creatives.
- Suggest campaign ideas and content strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience in SEO.
- Google Analytics 4.
- Google Search Console.
- Keyword research tools.
- Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.

- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience in Education, EdTech or Study Abroad industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
