Digital Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and implement SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Manage website performance, landing pages, and customer journeys to improve engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Drive customer acquisition, online engagement, and footfall through data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Creative, Branding, Leasing, Events, and Operations teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, media planning, and agency coordination to maximize ROI.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience insights, and marketing automation.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills ✔ Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO/SEM.

✔ Knowledge of performance marketing, social media strategy, content planning, CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation.

✔ Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns while delivering measurable business results.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Retail, Shopping Malls, E-commerce, Hospitality, Advertising Agencies, Media, or Digital Marketing Organizations .

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
