? Key Responsibilities< /p>

✔ Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.

✔ Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.

✔ Monitor campaign performance using ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and Conversion Analytics.

✔ Generate performance reports with actionable insights for clients and management.

✔ Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional client servicing.

✔ Collaborate with Creative,



Production, and Client Servicing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

✔ Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and identify new growth opportunities.

✔ Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth through performance marketing.< /p>

✅ What We're Looking For< /p>

✔ 3–5 years of Digital Marketing experience.

✔ Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies or related industries preferred.

✔ Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and Social Media Marketing.

✔ Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.

✔ Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

✔ Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva AI is an added advantage.< /p>
