Marketing Lab, based in Kolkata, is a leading performance marketing agency specializing in scaling D2C brands. We help brands strengthen their digital presence and drive measurable growth, proudly collaborating with 20+ Shark Tank brands.

Available Departments:

- Client Serviving: Support client relationships, coordinate project deliverables, and help ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
- Meta Media Buying: Learn Meta advertising platforms, create engaging campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize ads for better results.
- Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding support, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Google Media Buying: Learn Google Ads platforms, build strategic campaigns, and optimize performance across Search, Display, and other channels.
- Copywriting : Create engaging,



brand-aligned copy for advertisements, social media, websites, and other marketing campaigns.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging videos for Meta ads, UGC content, social media reels, and other digital campaigns using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Graphic Designing : Create visually engaging ad creatives, social media designs, banners, and other digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Internship Details:

- Duration: 4 months
- Type: Full-time
- Stipend: ₹7,500 per month
