Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Model Town, Ludhiana

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and social media management. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Identify, approach, and onboard influencers for promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Create engaging content in coordination with the creative team.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital marketing tools and prepare reports.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in influencer outreach is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or AI marketing tools is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred).
- Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience of 6 months to 2 years will be preferred.
