Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Collections Operations Manager with robust domain expertise,

digital collections experience, and partner management skills. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, technology-driven collections, and external partner governance.

Function: Collections Strategy

Experience: 4+ Years

Compensation: Upto 15 Lakhs plus Incentives

Core Requirements

1. Domain Understanding

- Minimum 4 years of collections experience in Fintech / NBFC / Digital Lending
- Strong knowledge of DPD bucket strategies
- Understanding of RBI Fair Practice Code and compliance frameworks
- Experience in digital collections

2. Digital Collection Experience

- Experience with Auto-dialers, WhatsApp, SMS links, IVR, emails, chatbots
- Data-driven collections using segmentation and propensity-to-pay models

3. Partner Management

- Manage third-party agencies and lending partners




- Ensure SLA adherence and compliance with RBI guidelines
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain stakeholder relationships

Key Responsibilities

Collections Operations

- Own collections targets across buckets/geographies
- Design bucket-specific strategies
- Manage data allocation to teams and partners
- Oversee settlements and OTS processes
- Monitor performance and improve outcomes

Digital Collections

- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns
- Optimize campaigns based on performance
- Work with tech teams on CRM and automation

Partner Management

- Manage agency and client relationships
- Conduct field visits and reviews
- Track SLA performance and productivity

Qualifications & Experience

- 4+ years in collections (Fintech / NBFC / Digital Lending)
- Experience managing NPA and bucket portfolios
