Role Description The Digital Artist rols at Petlufu is an on-site role based in Jaipur. As a Digital Artist, you will create custom digital portraits of pets in a variety of themes, outfits, and character styles, ensuring each piece reflects the pet’s unique personality. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts from client briefs, producing high-quality digital paintings and graphics, refining artwork based on feedback, and preparing files for online display and print.

The role also involves collaborating with the team on new product ideas,



maintaining visual consistency across designs, and supporting the creation of marketing visuals as needed. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a creative, pet-loving studio environment.

Qualifications

- Strong digital art skills, including proficiency in Digital Art and Digital Painting tools and techniques.
- Ability to create appealing visual compositions using Graphics and Graphic Design principles.
- Experience or interest in Storyboarding to plan character poses, scenes, and narrative-driven pet portraits.
- Comfort with industry-standard illustration and design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate or similar) and hardware (graphic tablets, digital tablets or similar)
- Attention to detail, especially in capturing pet likeness, expressions, and personality traits.
- Robust creative thinking, adaptability to different art styles, and openness to feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with a small, creative team.
- Relevant coursework, portfolio, or prior project experience in digital illustration or character design; passion for pets is highly beneficial.
