Deputy General Manager – Integrated Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10–12 Years

What we're looking for

Solid experience in Integrated Marketing (IMC) within the Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care, or Lifestyle industry.

The ideal candidate should have:

Experience leading 360° integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

A strong creative background, with exposure to both creative/advertising agencies and brand-side marketing**.

Experience managing brand-funded campaigns, content strategy, and organic marketing initiatives.

Hands-on exposure to influencer marketing, social media, CRM, performance marketing, content, and campaign execution.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
