Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Solid proficiency with Kubernetes , Docker , and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD .
- CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience building and maintaining workflows with GitHub Actions .
- Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Hands-on working knowledge of AWS core services, alongside experience with legacy bare-metal infrastructure.
- Database Familiarity: Working knowledge or exposure to Oracle bare-metal databases .
- Observability Stack: Hands-on experience configuring and interpreting metrics/logs using Grafana , Splunk , and Dynatrace .
- Development Stack: Familiarity with supporting APIs written in Node.js and Java .
- Communication: Robust verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating across distributed global teams.
