Role Description As a Destination Expert at Holidays Crowd, you will provide travel consultation and destination-specific guidance to clients, helping them design personalized itineraries and select suitable holiday packages. You will respond to inquiries, recommend experiences, accommodations, and transportation options, and ensure accurate information about pricing, inclusions, and local conditions. You will coordinate with internal teams to confirm bookings, manage changes, and support smooth travel execution, while maintaining detailed records in company systems.





You will also contribute to destination content, gather feedback from clients, and stay updated on trends, offers, and policies to enhance overall service quality. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications Strong destination knowledge for key domestic and international locations, with the ability to recommend suitable itineraries and activities.

Customer service and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and a client-focused approach.

Sales and negotiation abilities to present packages, handle objections, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings ethically and transparently.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with travel booking tools, CRM systems, or similar platforms.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client cases, documentation, and timelines accurately.

Ability to work collaboratively with operations, marketing, and support teams, and to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism is preferred; a degree or diploma in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.

Comfortable working on-site in Noida with flexible availability during peak travel seasons, weekends, or holidays as required.
