Key Responsibilities:

 Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

 Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard applications

 Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues

 Respond to service desk tickets, emails, and walk-in support requests within SLA

 Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance

 Set up and support user accounts, email, VPN, and access rights

 Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

 Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

 Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (device setup, access provisioning)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
