Job Summary We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end-user devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, macOS, Outlook, and application issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Perform OS installations, system imaging, and hardware upgrades.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




- Provide remote support using remote access tools.

Qualification
