Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Designer with strong expertise in the leather industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing premium leather products, including bags, belts, and wallets. The candidate should be creative, trend-aware, and capable of developing innovative product designs aligned with market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop new leather products, including bags, belts, and wallets.
- Create innovative product concepts based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare design sketches, technical drawings, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with the product development and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Select appropriate leather materials, trims, accessories, and finishes.
- Develop prototypes and oversee sample development.
- Ensure products meet quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
- Research global fashion trends, materials,



and competitor products.
- Maintain design documentation and product specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Leather Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the leather industry.
- Proven experience designing Leather Bags, Belts, and Wallets.
- Strong understanding of leather materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of current fashion and leather market trends.
- Experience in product development from concept to production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive presentation and time management skills.
