Position: Design Engineer

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

- Diploma holders with robust technical experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in product design, CAD modeling, or industrial equipment design.

- Experience in pneumatic or mechanical component design will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop components such as pneumatic cylinders, valves, and other mechanical systems.

- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).

- Collaborate with production and R&D; teams to ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective.

- Analyze design feasibility, perform tolerance stack-up, and ensure alignment with application standards.





- Revise existing designs based on testing, customer feedback, and performance data.

- Document designs and maintain version control for all technical files and drawings.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for prototyping and production support.

Salary Range

- ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance).

Skills Required

- Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.

- Knowledge of GD&T;, manufacturing processes, and material selection.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
