- Review project specifications (GTS, GCC, SCC) and perform basic and detailed engineering for substation projects.
- Responsible for Basic & Detail engineering of Primary and Secondary engineering activities.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, engineering drawings, and provide cost-effective design solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, SCM, and internal teams for engineering approvals and procurement support.
- Conduct pre-bid engineering, site visits, and technical risk assessments.
- Review and approve vendor GTPs, equipment drawings, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide engineering support to site teams and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Monitor engineering deliverables,
interdisciplinary coordination, and ensure timely completion within project schedule and budget.
- Maintain engineering quality standards, documentation, execution records, and quantity tracking.
- Support tendering activities including BOQ finalization, technical synopses, vendor evaluation, and estimation inputs.
- Contribute to team development, resource planning, technical training, and recruitment activities
Preferred candidate profile At least 10 years as design engineer in Substation projects.
