About the Role

HariKrishna Engineering is looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. You'll design and develop mechanical components and machine assemblies for home industry equipment, working closely with production and fabrication teams to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

? Design and develop mechanical components & machine assemblies

? Create detailed 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (SolidWorks)

? Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOM, and assembly documentation

? Perform tolerance analysis and ensure compliance with design standards

? Modify and improve existing designs for better performance

? Coordinate with production/fabrication teams on design feasibility





? Conduct prototype testing and troubleshoot mechanical issues

? Support installation, commissioning & after-sales technical support

? Maintain documentation of design revisions and technical records

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

✅ 2–5 years of experience in machine design (small-scale/home industry preferred)

✅ Strong hands-on skills in AutoCAD (2D drafting) & SolidWorks (3D modeling)

✅ Knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, sheet metal, machining)

✅ Solid understanding of mechanical systems, motion mechanisms & material selection

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specs
