Role Description The Design Architect will work in office in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and development of architectural projects from concept to detailed design.

Responsibilities include preparing and refining architectural design concepts, producing construction drawings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into technical documentation. The role involves participating in client meetings, supporting design reviews, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.

The Design

Architect will collaborate with consultants and contractors, assist in resolving site-related design queries, and help manage design timelines and deliverables.



Daily tasks require a balance of creative problem-solving, technical detailing, and clear communication with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 6-7+ years of architural design and execution experience

. Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed designs for diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Design Management, including coordination of design stages, documentation workflows, and alignment with project requirements.
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation for execution on site.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a design-focused architectural practice, especially in urban or high-end projects, is beneficial.
