Role Description The Design Architect will work in office in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to develop residential architecture concepts and detailed plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural designs and construction drawings, coordinating design revisions, and ensuring compliance with building codes and project standards.

The role involves managing design workflows, reviewing technical documentation, and aligning design intent with construction feasibility and client requirements.

The Design

Architect will participate in project meetings,



communicate design solutions to stakeholders, and support the integration of technology and best practices into the design process.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential or similar building projects.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings, including preparation, review, and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Experience in Design Management, handling design workflows, revisions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Understanding of local building codes, standards, and approval processes relevant to projects in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
