Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and skilled manner.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing their needs, answering questions, and offering solutions to issues.

- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in inbound customer service or related field.

- Excellent communication skills for effective handling of customer queries over phone calls.

- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet productivity targets.
