Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Taxation to manage the organization's direct and indirect tax functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, tax audits, and assessments, along with a sound understanding of Indian tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Direct Tax and Indirect Tax compliance.
- Prepare and file GST Returns, TDS Returns, Income Tax Returns, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Handle GST reconciliations, TDS deductions, tax provisions, advance tax, and Income Tax computations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Respond to GST and Income Tax notices and ensure timely closure of tax-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and other statutory regulations.
- Support tax planning initiatives and recommend process improvements for effective compliance.

Candidate Profile

- CA / ICWA (Inter) with 6–8 years of relevant taxation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/ FMCG industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
