Job Purpose To provide customized lending solutions for business loans, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients for business loans through open market sourcing.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with Clients/Channel partners to source business.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Effectively engage with credit, operations & risk team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with Collection team to improve recovery process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
