Role Description The Dental Technician role at Classic Dental Lab is a full-time, on-site position based in Rewa.

The Dental

Technician will fabricate and finish crowns, bridges, and other cosmetic restorations according to dentist prescriptions and laboratory protocols. Daily tasks include interpreting dental impressions and digital files, selecting materials, performing waxing, casting, layering, and polishing procedures, and maintaining strict quality control standards. The role also involves working closely with dental professionals to clarify case details, adjusting and remaking work as needed, and documenting processes for consistency and traceability.

Technician is expected to maintain a clean and organized lab workstation, follow safety and infection control procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of techniques and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care, with an understanding of clinical requirements for crowns, bridges, and cosmetic restorations.
- Proficiency in Dental Technology and Laboratory Skills, including fabrication, adjustment, finishing, and quality control of dental prostheses.
- Knowledge of Prosthodontics principles, occlusion, and esthetics to ensure functional and natural-looking restorations.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work with fine tools and materials in a precision-driven environment.
- Ability to read and interpret prescriptions, models, and digital scans, and to communicate clearly with dental professionals.
- Experience in a dental lab setting or formal training in dental technology is preferred.
- Commitment to on-site work in Rewa, reliability in meeting deadlines, and openness to learning new techniques and technologies.
