Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns

- Segment and manage prospect databases

- Create email content and nurture sequences

- Improve open, click, and response rates

- Generate qualified leads and meetings for the Business Development team

- Track campaign metrics and provide performance reports

- Support LinkedIn and outbound marketing initiatives

- Work with BD team to build a predictable sales pipeline

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Email Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Growth Marketing

- Experience managing large prospect databases

- Knowledge of email campaign tools and marketing automation platforms

- Solid copywriting and communication skills

- Experience targeting US-based clients preferred

- Analytical mindset with focus on campaign performance and ROI
