About the Role We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Demand Generation Executive to support our sales pipeline through effective lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify B2B sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online databases.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and identify business opportunities.

Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn, CRM, and lead generation tools.

Manage and update lead information and activities in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share relevant prospects with the sales team.

Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.





Achieve monthly lead generation and calling targets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.

Must have hands-on cold calling experience.

Experience in sales lead generation / B2B lead generation.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM, or similar lead management tools.

Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc. will be an advantage.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Good prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

Basic understanding of IT, SaaS, cloud hosting, or technology services is preferred.
