Job title: Delivery Excellence (BB-F&A;) – Manager – Bangalore/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities 10+ years of experience in Delivery Excellence, with proven expertise in driving process improvement, transformation, governance, and operational excellence initiatives within Finance & Accounting operations.

Solid experience in Finance & Accounting domains (PTP, RTR, OTC, and FP&A;) with the ability to identify process gaps and implement efficiency and productivity improvements.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certified with hands-on experience in leading DMAIC, Kaizen, RCA, process mapping, and continuous improvement projects.

Proven ability to establish and manage KPIs, dashboards, performance metrics, and governance frameworks to drive operational excellence and business outcomes.

Experience in risk assessment, internal controls,



audit management, and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated expertise in process standardization, transformation initiatives, and change management across finance operations and shared services environments.

Working knowledge of quality management systems and ISO practices, including process documentation, controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and global cross-functional teams.
