Resolve Associates is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Manager to lead the collections team, drive recovery performance, and ensure achievement of monthly collection targets while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the collections team to achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Monitor daily collection performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies.
- Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate payment resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
- Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Field Teams for high-value cases.
- Conduct team reviews, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency levels.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Collections/Recovery.
- At least 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
