Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, and implement Dayforce Workforce Management and Payroll solutions.

Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.

Conduct comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) testing for new configurations, updates, and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing timely support to end users.

Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Support system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance Dayforce functionality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2-3+ years of hands-on experience with the Dayforce HCM platform, including configuration, implementation, and support.

Experience implementing Workforce Management and Payroll solutions within Dayforce.

Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.

Proven experience performing thorough QA testing.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Dayforce certification(s).

Experience with other HRIS platforms and integration tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
