Role Overview

We are looking for an ML Engineer to build scalable machine learning solutions that support initiatives focused on reducing defect leakage and proactively identifying bugs and feature requests from unstructured data across multiple sources. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end ML/NLP solutions for real-world business problems.

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in Python.

Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end NLP projects.

Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Transformer-based architectures.

Practical experience implementing and deploying models such as LSTM, BERT, or similar architectures in production or real-world applications.

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, or JAX.

Ai Agent Frameworks like Langchain, langgraph

Strong understanding of modern ML techniques, including:





Deep Neural Networks (DNNs)

Multi-task Learning

Transformer architectures

Valuable knowledge of mathematical optimization techniques, such as:

Multi-objective optimization

Linear Programming (LP)

Convex optimization

Experience applying ML, statistical modeling, or optimization techniques to solve large-scale real-world problems using Python (e.g., recommendation systems, ad-tech, ranking, or similar domains).

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience building and maintaining complex data pipelines.

Working knowledge of Apache Spark, SQL, Presto, Go, or Java.

Experience working with large-scale production ML systems and model deployment pipelines.
