Role : Data Scientist

Reporting To : Engineering Manager

SUMMARY OF JOB

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Data Scientist with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

1. Strong ability to translate business requirements into ML/DL/Gen AI models and deliver end-to-end solutions Working closely with global team to ensure product development

1. Drive projects from data gathering, data pipeline and model development through to evaluation and deployment in production (experience with AWS)

This role demands both technical expertise and good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Candidate’s Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science ,Statistics, or Certification from reputed Institute.

6–8 years of skilled experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, with a track record of developing and deploying data-driven solutions

Required Skillset

1. Programming & Tools: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, especially Python and/or R, and adept with SQL for database querying

Experience with data science libraries and frameworks (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Lagchain, Hugging Face, Open AI key etc.)

Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud-based data science environments or services.

Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for ETL & deployment along with knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) or on-premises server environments.

1. Data Analysis & ML Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in data mining and statistical analysis.

In-depth knowledge of ML/DL algorithms and AI techniques for both supervised and unsupervised learning, and ability to apply them to real-world business problems.

1. Solution Architecture: Experience in designing end-to-end data pipelines and ML solution architectures, taking models from development to production deployment

Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for version control, CI/CD, and automated testing of models is an advantage.

Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex data insights and ML/DL/Gen AI concepts in easy terms. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, IT) to drive projects forward

Self-motivated and curious, with a continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest developments in the data science field
