What one can expect:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage day-to-day operations data for our client sites and devices. The role involves maintaining accurate records of installations, device mapping, and inventory, along with coordinating with technicians, finance, and clients for timely reporting. The ideal candidate is organized,



comfortable with repetitive data cycles, and confident in communicating with internal teams and clients.

Data and Operations Coordinator

Reporting to:

Operations Lead

Location: Mumbai

CTC:

2 to 2.5 LPA

Experience: 0–1 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management – Update LT All Sites Data Sheet daily (clients, devices, installations, replacements, discards); update installs/revisits/discards twice daily; log key remarks; update Technician Payment Sheet weekly; share stock data with Finance monthly.
2. Device Mapping – Maintain mapping for new, replaced, and discarded devices.
3. Client Reporting – Send weekly updates to PO/POC clients.
4. Inventory Management – Maintain client, device, and technician inventory records.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experience: 0–1 years

Preferred Skills:

- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Good analytical skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Operations Lead, gaining exposure to client operations, data management, device operations, and business processes while progressively taking ownership of independent responsibilities.
