We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere Data Architect, enterprise data modeling, IBM MDM, and cloud financial data integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable enterprise data models and integrating Apptio and Cloudability into enterprise financial and usage data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise data models using IBM InfoSphere Data Architect.
- Develop scalable dimensional data models for enterprise analytics and reporting.
- Design and document integration specifications for enterprise data platforms.
- Integrate Apptio and/or Cloudability into enterprise financial and usage data pipelines.
- Work with Apptio DataLink ingestion processes and understand associated constraints.
- Translate business requirements into detailed source-to-target mapping documents.
- Define field-level validations, transformation rules, and platform behaviors.
- Design solutions leveraging Apache Iceberg tables and Materialized Views.




- Participate in cross-functional discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors, architects, engineering teams, and business users to ensure successful platform integrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for integration architecture and platform constraints.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Enterprise Data Modeling.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere Data Architect.
- Experience with IBM Master Data Management (IBM MDM).
- Expertise in Dimensional Data Modeling.
- Experience integrating Apptio and/or Cloudability.
- Good understanding of Apptio DataLink ingestion concepts.
- Experience preparing integration specifications and source-to-target mapping documents.
- Knowledge of Apache Iceberg Tables and Materialized Views.
- Solid SQL and data integration experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of FOCUS 1.1 and FOCUS 1.3 specifications.
- Experience working with enterprise financial data models.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with enterprise data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
