About the Role

As a Data Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the operational backbone of our GTM programs. Your role will involve working with data enrichment platforms, maintaining high-quality prospect data, supporting our outbound email infrastructure, and ensuring our GTM teams have the right data and systems to execute successfully.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, learning new tools, and building efficient operational processes.

What You'll Do

- Extract, enrich, validate, and maintain prospect and account data using various data enrichment platforms.
- Ensure high standards of data quality through regular validation, cleanup, and updates.
- Support the day-to-day management of our outbound email infrastructure, including mailbox health, sender accounts, and deliverability monitoring.
- Prepare and organize data required for customer GTM programs.
- Maintain operational trackers, documentation,



and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and automate repetitive tasks.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Data Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar operational role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with data enrichment, CRM, or GTM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- A proactive attitude, strong ownership, and willingness to learn new tools.

Good to Have

- Experience with data enrichment platforms, CRM systems, or outbound sales tools.
- Basic understanding of email deliverability and outbound infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
