We are looking for a skilled Data Modeler to design and maintain scalable, high-quality data models that support enterprise data platforms, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, along with experience working on cloud-based data platforms and modern data warehousing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and BI teams to deliver effective data solutions.
- Design and optimize enterprise data models for reporting, analytics, and operational systems.
- Develop dimensional data models to support data warehouses and analytical applications.
- Implement and maintain cloud-based data models, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Support ETL/ELT development by creating optimized source-to-target data models.
- Perform data mapping, data lineage, and impact analysis for new business requirements.




- Optimize database performance through efficient schema and model design.
- Maintain metadata, data dictionaries, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Robust SQL and database design skills.
- Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Dimensional Data Modeling.
- Knowledge of enterprise data architecture principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the Retail domain.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain & Logistics, Point of Sale (POS), and Customer & Loyalty Data.
- Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, SQL Developer Data Modeler, or similar.
- Understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
