We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler / Data Architect to join a large-scale migration and transformation program.
Skills:
- 5–9 years of experience in data modeling for Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Strong domain expertise in HRMS or Financial systems.
- Experience with enterprise data models, data migration, legacy system integration, ETL/ELT, and schema design.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler (or similar), ER modeling, normalization, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Exposure to Hadoop or other Big Data technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design logical and physical data models for migration projects.
- Define schemas, keys, constraints, indexes, and data mappings.
- Support data migration, schema conversion, and legacy system integration.
- Implement data governance, metadata, and MDM standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable data solutions.
