We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Computer Operator to manage data entry, documentation, computer-based operations, and record maintenance. Freshers with basic computer knowledge are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Verify data and correct errors or missing information.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and documents.
- Handle basic computer and office-related tasks.
- Manage files, documents, and other administrative records.
- Perform data processing and document formatting.
- Coordinate with team members to collect and verify required information.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Good attention to detail
- Basic communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
