Department: Clinical Haematology, Post: Data Entry Operator

Position Details:

- Qualification: Graduate from any stream
- Experience: One year of experience in the data entry or management field. Freshers may also apply.
- Salary Scale: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems.
- Enter data received directly from patients, case sheets, or Heme cards.
- Create and manage spreadsheets containing large volumes of data.
- Verify data by comparing it with source documents (Heme cards, case record forms, patient files, etc.).
- Update and maintain existing data.
- Generate reports as required.
- Retrieve data on request.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Sort, organize, and maintain records after data entry.
- Conduct six-monthly verification of at least 20% of data entries.
- Participate in professional certification and continuing education programs.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
