R Systems is seeking a talented and experienced Data Architect to join our energetic team. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data architecture that supports our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our data solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with best practices in data management and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures leveraging AWS services and data modeling techniques such as Data Vault.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to create and optimize ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation using AWS Glue and Lambda.
- Implement data storage solutions using Amazon Redshift and other AWS data services, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize AWS Kinesis and EMR to support real-time data processing and analytics.
- Establish data governance protocols to ensure the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

Desired Skills:

- Strong expertise in DevOps practices to facilitate the deployment of data solutions.
- Proficiency in AWS services, particularly AWS Glue, Redshift,



Kinesis, and EMR.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and data integrity checks.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and best practices in data integration.
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques, primarily Data Vault.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role in a data engineering environment.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
