Role Description The Data Analytics and Science Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs in data analytics and data science, including preparing course materials, hands-on labs, and real-world project assignments. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, explaining concepts in data analysis, data management, and data modeling, and guiding learners through tools, frameworks, and best practices.

The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and project evaluations, provide constructive feedback,



and support learners in interview preparation and portfolio building. The role also involves updating course content to align with industry trends, collaborating with the institute’s leadership on curriculum improvements, and contributing to placement support activities.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in data analytics and data analysis, with the ability to teach both foundational and advanced topics.

Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in interpreting data-driven insights for real-world use cases.

Hands-on experience in data management, including data cleaning, transformation, and integration.

Practical knowledge of data modeling concepts and techniques, and their application in analytics and data science projects.

3+ years of experience with common analytics and data science tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.

Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in IT or data-related fields is preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different skill levels.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple batches, course planning, and learner follow-ups.
