About the Role

At Sudhanand Business Solutions Pvt Ltd., we are looking for a Data Analyst with high analytical and technical skills. In this role, you will be working with our clients to transform complex data into useful insights.

We are currently in an exciting phase of digital transformation. Currently we have a legacy system in place and we are rapidly moving towards modern stacks. We need an analyst who is strong with data and also able to learn continuously.

Key Responsibilities

- Dashboards: Design and maintain high-quality automated dashboards using our BI

tools.
- Data Prep: Use Python and SQL to extract, clean, and validate data to ensure 100%

accuracy.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions with clients to translate business

problems into technical dashboard specifications.
- BI Migration Support: Collaborate with the team to migrate legacy reporting logic

into modern, scalable visualization formats. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a

related field.
- Technical Proficiency:

o Intermediate SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, and optimization). o Intermediate Python skills for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy).




- BI Expertise: 1+ years of experience with at least one mainstream BI tool (Power BI,

Tableau, or Qlik).
- Client Management: Proven experience in a client-facing role with the ability to

present findings confidently.
- Tool Adaptability: Must demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn new BI

tools and platforms as we transition our technology stack. Preferred Attributes

- The "Technical Storyteller": Ability to turn "messy data" into a clear, actionable

business narrative.
- UI/UX Focus: An eye for design—knowing how to use color, layout, and whitespace

to make dashboards intuitive.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a transitioning environment as we move from

legacy tools to a up-to-date data stack.
