Role & responsibilities

This role is responsible for driving data-backed decision-making for the Consumer Durables (CD) business. The incumbent will leverage strong sales analytics experience to support campaign effectiveness, customer retention, portfolio growth, and business optimization. This role requires prior hands-on experience as a Sales Analyst, with deep exposure to campaign analytics, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze sales performance across products, channels, dealers, and geographies within the Consumer Durables vertical.
- Design, monitor, and evaluate sales campaigns, incentive programs, and promotions to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Drive campaign analytics to improve conversion rates, ticket size, repeat purchases, and cross-sell performance.
- Analyze customer behavior, cohorts, and lifecycle trends to identify churn drivers and retention opportunities.
- Support and optimize customer retention, loyalty, and reactivation initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Develop customer segmentation based on value, behavior, risk,



and engagement to enable targeted business actions.
- Build and maintain MIS, dashboards, and performance reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Translate complex data into explicit insights, recommendations, and presentations for senior management and business stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the Program Manager Consumer Durables to align analytics outputs with business strategy and priorities.
- Support strategic initiatives related to growth, profitability, portfolio performance, and business optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all analytical outputs and reports.
- Automate recurring reports and enhance analytics processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Credit, IT, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts (where applicable) and promote a strong data-driven culture.
