About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst specialized in healthcare data to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing large-scale healthcare datasets, including claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality data, primarily within the US healthcare landscape. Your expertise in MS SQL, healthcare data modeling, and integration will support the development of scalable, productive cloud infrastructure and analytics solutions.

You will be responsible for creating and optimizing complex SQL queries, performing data validation, and ensuring seamless data ingestion from various source systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate healthcare data into actionable insights, support value-based care initiatives, and contribute to the standardization of healthcare metrics and reporting frameworks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with innovative technologies and contribute to improving healthcare outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working with US healthcare data, including claims, benefits, and eligibility datasets, is required. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing complex healthcare datasets is essential.





Familiarity with modern data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and MySQL, along with a solid understanding of healthcare data modeling, is highly desirable. Candidates should have experience creating comprehensive process and data flow documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities As a Data Analyst in Healthcare, your key responsibilities include: Performing detailed healthcare data analysis and generating reports to support business and regulatory requirements.

Analyzing large datasets, including claims, provider information, utilization, and quality metrics, to identify trends and insights.

Writing, optimizing, and validating complex SQL queries to extract relevant healthcare data from relational databases.

Conducting data validation, reconciliation, and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Supporting healthcare data modeling and integration efforts using Snowflake, MySQL, and other data platforms to build robust data marts and analytics layers.

Collaborating with data engineering teams to facilitate reliable data ingestion from source systems such as claims processing and provider databases.

Contributing to analytics initiatives aimed at enhancing value-based care, population health management, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.

Creating detailed process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals to document healthcare data workflows and business rules.





Standardizing healthcare metrics and reporting methodologies in alignment with industry frameworks and organizational standards.

Partnering with stakeholders from Healthcare Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Presenting findings, trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
