Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-aligned training programs to learners in cybersecurity and related domains. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, involving classroom and lab-based instruction, practical demonstrations, and mentoring learners through hands-on projects and assessments.

The trainer will design and update course content, training materials, and lab exercises to reflect current threats, tools, and best practices, ensuring alignment with TheSmartBridge’s standards and certification requirements. The role includes evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, supporting career readiness activities,



and collaborating with internal teams to enhance curricula and learning outcomes.
