Title: Cyber Security Enterprise Architect

Employment Type: Full-Time

Initial Assignment 6 Months in Kuwait (extendable based on project needs)

Location: Onsite – Kuwait City, Kuwait & Bangalore

Role

The role will focus on defining the target-state architecture, ensuring alignment across business, application, data, integration, and security domains, and enabling a seamless, compliant, and secure end-to-end customer onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture

▪ Work closely with client stakeholders and consulting teams to define and govern the target-state architecture for digital onboarding initiatives.

▪ Develop architecture blueprints, roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures.

▪ Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology solutions.

Digital Onboarding Transformation

▪ Assess current onboarding processes, platforms, and customer journeys.

▪ Design and review end-to-end digital onboarding capabilities covering:

– Customer due diligence

– Digital identity verification

– eKYC and AML compliance

– Digital forms and workflow automation

– Electronic signatures

– Customer communication and notifications

Integration & Technology Architecture

▪ Define and review integration architecture across:

– Core Banking Systems

– Digital Channels (Web/Mobile)

– Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions

– Third-party verification services

– API platforms and middleware

▪ Provide architectural guidance for AI (Low-code/No-code), APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions.

AI & Emerging Technologies

▪ Identify and leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) opportunities to optimize digital onboarding journeys, automate decision-making,



strengthen fraud detection capabilities, and improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Data & Security Architecture

▪ Ensure onboarding architecture complies with data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

▪ Define customer data models and integration standards.

▪ Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure onboarding processes and identity management controls.

▪ Ensure adherence to information security and data protection standards.

Required Qualifications

▪ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

▪ Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture roles.

▪ Robust experience in digital onboarding, customer journeys, customer lifecycle management, and digital channels.

▪ Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, telecommunications, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred.

Additional Information

▪ Engagement Type: Full-time employment opportunity with DigiFortex Technologies.

▪ Assignment: Initial onsite assignment in Kuwait City is 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

▪ Location Transition: On completion of the Kuwait assignment, the role may transition to DigiFortex's Bangalore,

India location.

▪ Availability: Candidates able to mobilize to Kuwait City at the earliest opportunity will be prioritized.

▪ Work Arrangement: Full-time, onsite presence required — initially in Kuwait City, with potential transition to Bangalore, India thereafter.
