Key Responsibilities / Authorities

Candidate Support: Receive inbound calls/emails/chats and log cases/interactions accurately in the required tool.

Self-Service Navigation: Guide candidates on the self-service portal and resolve basic queries.

Data Security: Perform security verifications per company policies and GDPR guidelines.

Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to candidates when required, in line with client/company guidelines

Personal Attributes

Versatile to work in US shifts as per business needs.

Eligibility Education: Any Graduate.

Communication: Must clear voice & written assessment rounds.

Shifts: Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
