About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact, ensuring every customer receives prompt, accurate, and qualified assistance while maintaining high service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Register, track, and update customer requests in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are completely resolved.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Educate customers about company products, services, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.




- Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Meet customer satisfaction (CSAT), response time, and resolution targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Good listening and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
