About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our International Voice Process team. In this role, you will communicate with customers in the Australian market, resolve inquiries, and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow established customer service processes and quality standards.





Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Meet individual and team performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process, Customer Support, Contact Centre, or BPO environment.

Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication skills.

Clear pronunciation and strong listening skills.

Ability to interact confidently with international customers.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet applications.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Prior experience supporting international customers is an advantage.
