Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding and post-implementation phases.
- Understand customer business goals and recommend effective ways to leverage the product.
- Lead product onboarding, implementation, configuration, and user training sessions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist customers with API integrations, product configuration, and technical workflows as required.
- Monitor customer health, product adoption, and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and product optimization discussions.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and recurring issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Support product testing, validate bug fixes,



and reproduce customer-reported issues before escalating them.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption or expand product usage in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes, contributing to high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Track support tickets, implementation milestones, and customer success metrics using CRM and ticketing tools.
- Stay updated on recent product releases and proactively educate customers about relevant features.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, onboarding playbooks, and customer success best practices.
