Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and feedback.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient service.
- Maintain accurate customer records.




- Build positive relationships with patients and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

- Qualification: Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
