- Liaison with Various teams such as Research, and Quality Control team to ensure timely and effective delivery of customer deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Working with Senior Management Teams to achieve Department’s and D&B;’s vision and mission.
- Knowledge in research/ consultancy/ financial services.
- Bachelor’s /master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking Economics/ Business Studies from a top-tier university or from reputed institutes.
