Profile: - Patient Advisor/Customer Service ( Sales)
Location: - Kurla- Phoenix Market City
Salary: -up to 35k (depends on last drawn salary)
Shift:- Rotational Shift - Any 9 hours between (8 Am – 8 Pm) 6 days working, any 1 day off .
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.
- Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation
- Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value, Convincing Power
- Understand caller’s conditions and empathize helping them with appointments.
- Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.
